Every portrait is personalized and created only for you, so we can't accept returns or refunds once you approve your proof.

Unlimited revisions on your pet and up to 3 on people. We never auto-approve a proof, and nothing prints until you say yes.

Cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof.

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship for free. No need to return anything.

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, we'll reship.

Digital files are delivered right after approval and are non-refundable once delivered.
